PLAYER REQUIREMENTS:

Forms:

All players making the team will need to fill out the Player Code of Conduct, which is required to be a member of the Demons.  This is mandated by the WSFL, and if we don't have that document, you are not a member of the squad.    If you make the team but do not receive the paperwork please click on the <Player Code of Conduct>, print it off, fill out and bring with you to practice. 

Player Fees:

You MUST pay your $175 fee in order to receive a team uniform. Please speak with a member of management if you have any questions.

Equipment:

Players are required to provide their own pads and helmet.  We occasionally receive pads from old team members at a bargain price. Check at practices for gear if you are still in need.
